Does TI Connect change the comment in a 8XP file?

When you create an 8xp file from a file that's sent from your calc, TI Connect adds a comment that says something about "program file" and then the date it was created. When sending an 8xp to your calc, the comment is obviously not transfered to the calc, because the calc does not store comments.
