Nice, Ztrumpet! I think I might use multiple intro themes and alternate or something because I like both this and Jazz Plumber Trio and don't want to give up either ^^;

Also, I still need questions for the show! I was hoping to have the first ep done for tomorrow but I guess I'll have to put it off for a week. Seriously, guys, I can't do this without the Internet peoplez! D:

As said before, I'm shooting for 10 per episode and I need 6 more.

Wow nice Ztrumpet! Multiple themes would be cool indeed

Also are questions talking shit against Luigi allowed? If you can do Luigi voice acting too, it would be funny if in one episode a fight started between Mario and Luigi XD

So long as you aren't profanely insulting Luigi or using bigoted terms, you can ask mean questions about Luigi. I am attempting to master Luigi's voice but I dunno if I'll be able to do it. :/

Ah, sorry. I can't really think of any question though, right now anyways. Good luck on the first episode :)

Disclaimer: This is gonna sounds really band-geeky :P

@Z
Very nice.
Did you have a cup or straight mute in for that? It just muted to me for some reason (very sorry if it wasn't, not meaning to insult or anything).
Was that high note toward the middle a high G or C? I thought it was a C but can't tell now that I think about it.
Also, nice vibrato at the end :)

Well, I have 10 questions for episode one. Was going to try recording and getting the ep done for a tonight upload but I can't seem to do the Mario accent right.

Anywho, it's probably best because there's a few things I want to ask y'all.
For the episodes, which format would you prefer?

1) The entire video is audio only with the "Ask Mario" logo being the only visual.
2) The video will display the questions visually only, and the answers will be verbal.
3) The video will display the questions visually and they will be read. The answers will be verbal too.
4) The video will display the questions and a rough transcript of Mario's answers. Both will be verbal too.

I'm personally leaning towards 2 but if y'all insist on a different format, I'll try it.

seems like 2 would be the best.

Also you should probably ask for some questions to Genolo, he might have some `-`

I did. I don't remember if I used any though.

Aaah ok :P

But that reminds me, a bunch of the #omnimaga visitors are or were into SMW hacking. They would be good people to ask for that.

I would say number two is a good way to go too. However if it was possible I would have just a normal voice read the questions and then the answers are in the Mario voice. Later in the series when you get better software as you are answering you could have relevant pictures cycle through maybe. Just a thought.

I think I'd prefer Mario reading the question aloud and then answering it. IE- "AOC writes: How come different mushrooms are different colors ? That's because...". Just my 2 cents.

I like the relevant pictures idea. I'll have to keep that in mind for later. Thanks. As for swapping voices, well:
1) my natural voice sucks
2) I'm not all that good at swapping between normal voice and Mario voice spontaneously so it'd double my recording time. Not that big of a deal I suppose, but I'm lazy like that :P

I could read the questions in Mario voice, but I couldn't do the "[user] writes" bit because
1) I've forgotten who all said what and I'm lazy to go back and figure it out
2) I've got like 4 questions from DJ and it'd be kinda awkward to be going "DJ writes; DJ writes again; DJ writes a third time; DJ writes a fourth time;", in my opinion anyway. Plus, sometimes questions will be made up by me to fill in empty space. Who would I credit for those?
3) I like making excuses :P

Well you could have someone else read the question, doesn't have to be you. I don't know if it is possible with your current software, but you could have recordings of someone reading the question, then you do the answers in separate recordings, then you kinda just put them all together.

I didn't point my bell straight at the mike, so it recorded the sound after it bounced around the room.  So, there's no mute, but it's like you're standing beside me listening. :)

It's a B. :)

Also, nice vibrato at the end :)
Thanks! ;D

Would you like me to scan it in so you can play the music too?  It's two pages, and has another part.  I would have recorded it too, but I wasn't able to sync both parts as well as I wanted to. :)
