Anyone watched the news lately? Hope you have heard about the battle between Kevin Rudd and Julia Gillard

The ballot is in 2 min, on the hour.

Julia Gillard wins the ballot and retains leadership of the ALP with 71 votes to 31.
Still a Prime Minister...

Kevin Rudd, but both have been scarred from the infighting.

Bleh, I think Labor is still going to lose anyway at the next election in 2013. They've gone too far down the 'no hope' track.

Something about Julia Gillard PM replaces Kevin Rudd (former Foreign Affairs Minister) with Bob Carr, former state premier and not even in the House of Representatives, but doing something in the Senate. Mad!
Also she wouldn't answer any questions after the leadership ballot about who she was going to dump and replace, and denied talking to Bob Carr about a seat in government.
