A large grocery store or supermarket. It's worse since the late '90s, though, since back then the provincial government cut in health care services so as a result, they let out plenty of mentally ill people from mental institutions, which has been often refereed to as the desinstutionalization and to a lesser extent led to safety issues for the rest of the population (more murders). They only let out the least bad people, but since then, at the beginning of the month (where those people receive their unemployment or retirement check) we often get weird people then. And of course we often get weird customers that never had any mental issues diagnosticed: They are just overly demanding and annoying. >.<

There is no guy on the other side of the screen, its actually a bot.
Also, this reminds me of my clevercalc project... I need to work on that at some point...
