As long as they don't ruin it like many movie remakes (Battlefield Earth, anyone?), it should hopefully be good. I myself never had the chance of reading the original book, because no store in Quebec sells it at all and back when I still read on a regular basis I couldn't buy anything online.

Someone on MaxCoderz and later Omni was working on a turn-based strategy game based on Ender's Game, but he disappeared around 2006.

No way!  I read that book a while ago and I also read Speaker For The Dead and Xenocide.  I liked them all.  I hope the movie is good. :)

I haven't read the original novel(s), but I heard about the movie a while back. Looks pretty cool.

Yes lol. Also, look at the cast list. Perfect casting for ender, bean and Colonel Hyrum Graff imo.
