As long as they don't ruin it like many movie remakes (Battlefield Earth, anyone?), it should hopefully be good.My thoughts exactly. It will be good unless it's bad. :P
A film adaptation of the same name directed by Gavin Hood and starring Asa Butterfield as Ender is planned for release on November 1, 2013. Card is co-producing the film.[8]So that's good news, right? :)
I hope that they do the thing that Card talked about in the end of Ender's Shadow, where they use the different parts from both books to flesh out the background for a better movie. That would be so awesome.I'd love to see it like that. It would certainly make for a fuller story!
And, it looks like they've picked good actors. I'm happy.Me too. I'm actually really looking forward to this, even though it's based on a book that a lot of people have read (which usually means everyone ends up complaining about how the movie doesn't do the book justice).
