Happy New Year
« on: December 31, 2012, 01:21:14 am »
It's December 31st (in my timezone anyway), the 366th and last day of the year 2012, it's the end of a year and the beginning of another one.

Tomorrow in the morning, I'm leaving to the countries of the Northern Canada for about 2-3 days and I'm not even sure if my cellphone will get any signal there, so I wish you a happy new year and be nice while I'm not here ^_^

Remember the day the walrus started to fly...

I finally cleared my sig after 4 years you're happy now?

Wow it is O.O
I totally forgot
I need to get some sleep :P

I'm going to a party at my neighbors this evening.
Hopefully it won't be like last year's, where all the little kids obnoxiously played on these kazoo-horn thingies all night x.x

My family used to hold a party in a shack near Chicoutimi on New Year, but in the last years they didn't really do anything for New Year (especially since the death of the elderst of my great-uncles) until this year. Gonna be pretty nice I guess, I'll see my great-uncles/great-aunts/cousins once removed/second cousins.

By North, do you mean the Great North as in Rouyn-Noranda or even Kujjuaq? O.O (where our balls freeze in 1 second even with winter clothes on)

Not this northern lol, but still considered north. Saguenay is pretty far away in the north.

Happy new year, by now it's 31st here too, although it's still 8 o'clock though.. A couple of friend come over tonight, and then we leave for the city, as there's always lots of fun and firework there :)

Ah OK lol. I guess I don't realize as much since it's alongside the St-Laurent river like Quebec City and such, but in fact the river direction is northeastern.

Happy new year everybody!
I am in Walt Disney World at the moment, and will spend New Year's Day sitting in a car for 18 hours as my parents drive all the way back to Texas.

We just got back from the Magic Kingdom, and they have out free kazoo things and hats. Luckily we left before midnight, so there were only a couple hundred people blowing at the most, rather than the several thousand I imagine there are at midnight

Also, my calculus teacher says that it is good luck to say rabbit at the beginning of every month, though for this forum it may be more suitable to say wabbit for the new year
