I don't actually don't have starcraft 2 yet. I just played the starter edition and some placement matches for my friend. (don't ask me why)

No it's the opposite. People under 1000 can't. That's until Omni as a whole reaches 215000 posts, IIRC. That happens when the spam+humor+private section postcoutn percentage reaches more than 10% of the entire board content.

PETA isn't the organization that you ought to be worried about. It's The Infamous Lobster Army that you need to be afraid of.
