Do a test, such as this one (http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/jtypes2.asp) or an other one, if you don't know your type. Or guess it. Or look up all the type on wikipedia and see which one you identify with most (probably more accurate, but time consuming).
INTJ here, pretty much the archetypal INTJ.
-
hm, it said INTP for me, doing the test
-
INTJ for me as well.
-
According to the test I'm ISTJ but it's description and wikipedia's seem to contradict.
Site: You have marginal or no preference of Sensing over Intuition (1%)
Wikipedia: Sensing preferred to intuition
-
/\ where's the contradiction?
also:
Introvert(89%) iNtuitive(100%) Thinking(12%) Perceiving(22)%
-
Well I interpret that as the test saying "you do not prefer sensing over intuition" but I guess it's not enough to call it a contradiction. It's probably like harold said due to ambiguity in that area for me.
-
"marginal to none" means "there was a preference recorded, but it was so small that it is either marginal or can be attributed to error and marked inconclusive"
-
My results from the test: Introvert(89%) iNtuitive(12%) Thinking(75%) Judging(11%)
-
Hmm, everyone seems introvert but me. Got ENTP.
Extravert(44%) iNtuitive(25%) Thinking(1%) Perceiving(33)%
-
You usually place yourself nearer to the side
than in the center of a room
I blame moshpits. <_<
Anyway I got ESTJ.
Extravert(22%) Sensing(12%) Thinking(25%) Judging(1%)
If I took this test in 2010, I would probably have gotten 100% Introvert. O.O (perhaps 70% introvert before the end of 2009)
-
Lol at how many INTJ's there are.
INTJ
-
Invasion of the INTJs :P
-
INTJ
Introvert(11%) iNtuitive(25%) Thinking(62%) Judging(56%)
You have slight preference of Introversion over Extraversion (11%)
You have moderate preference of Intuition over Sensing (25%)
You have distinctive preference of Thinking over Feeling (62%)
You have moderate preference of Judging over Perceiving (56%)
-
INTJ is pretty rare, but polls on other programmer websites have shown that it's very common among programmers.
-
I looked it up on wikipedia and it describes me perfectly, my favorite line on it: INTJs may communicate that idle dialogue such as small talk is a waste of time. So true ha ha!
-
INTP
Introvert(67%) iNtuitive(75%) Thinking(38%) Perceiving(56)%
Fits me like a glove :P

Yeah... barely made it on the thinking part...
-
Introvert(33%) iNtuitive(12%) Thinking(50%) Perceiving(33)% :P
I took the test in the OP.
-
ISTP/INTP depends when you ask me
-
INTJ
Introvert(67%) iNtuitive(25%) Thinking(75%) Judging(22%)

So I had to take this exact same test in AP Pysch as an activity, aaaaannnddddd my last two things changed.
INFJ:
Introvert (67%), iNtuitive (25%), Feeling (25%), Judging (1%)
Which puts me in 2% of the total population, according to this site (http://www.typefinder.com/personality-type/INFJ).
Yay minorities..................
Anyways I can't say that this is inaccurate now. My last two flipped, and the third one is less borderline than it was. If you read the summaries it's actually pretty accurate for when I'm not around a bunch of IRL people and act out-of character to fit in.
So anyways, I say we retake this test and stuff, and see how we've changed, or just take it for the first time.
