I don't think it is right for you to take the name of this site and make another site with the same name AND purpose, it may cause you legal problems and I advise you change the name.

It's inappropriate to rip off our site here.  Creating your own, completely new website is fine, but making a "new Omnimaga" is just wrong.

Why do we need to split Omnimaga in two sites? ??? Even a totally new name/forum wouldn,t be very welcome in the community, since we try to avoid splitting it too much.

If you leave it named omnimaga i know it will just cause problems. calculator.webs doesn't sound too bad
