Omnimaga Forum Usage/Traditions/Mentality Explanation

EDIT: On a side note I renamed the topic because I felt "Etiquette" was a bit misleading (it sounds more like "Forum rules") as well as TI-Community, since Omnimaga is not the TI-Community, but rather a part of it (and part of the Casio community), and its mentality/usage doesn't apply to the TI community as a whole.

Oh, it was a little sentence that said the Downloads system would be set up in the future. It seems to be working pretty well already :)

Yeah I felt it didn't really have the right name, since initially it simply turned into a different explanation of forum usage with the more commonly used commands, to later add about some local traditions (such as the peanut bag), but we already got a rules page so that was prone to confusion. Many people skip over the TOS agreement when registering somewhere, but will check the rules later. A few probably checked this topic for rules instead of the actual rules page, not to mention they might have thought this topic applies elsewhere.
