I think he means those cool banner-things. There are several online makers. Removed-from-game is one of them ;)

http://www.userbars.com/ is also a nice site for generating userbars. You can add custom background images with it.

Or, if you're up for it, use Gimp (http://www.gimp.org/) to make your own original userbar :D

Removed the duplicate post (it's definitely an accident).

And yeah, I hid the rest of my (very big) signature so people would notice the line better :D
