I was wondering who would be around during holiday break? I notice that this year there is an unusually high amount of forum members who are gonna be gone for the entire break due to lack of internet access or parental filters. This seems to get more and more common that parents no longer allow internet access at home or restrict it a lot. So this is why I am asking, because so far it seems like activity around here is gonna take a huge blow during the school break. O.O

I'm going to have a bit of an activity drop due to a lot of hw and having company over. Most of my free time will probably be spent coding :-/

I'm around. Though I will be gone for a week a little after break ends, as my family is moving, and I need take some tests to get into a school. Then, my activity will drop, but I still have my iPod, so I can check in occasionally.

Lucky! I don't get out until the 23rd :(
And on top of everything, next week is going to be a torture week for those four days, as all of my teachers want to get a test in before Christmas.

It is for calculator and is getting really nice, I'm helping him. Also, it was a secret project.

Ah ok well I'M glad there will at least still be some people around. I was worried I would be all alone around here D:. Lots of people were saying things such as "I'm trying to get a demo/release ready before break because I won,t be able to release anything in public afterward", which implied they would be gone for all break long.
I'll most likely be active but it will probably depend which days. This year I work most evenings so I don't have to wake up early as much. The only day I have to wake up early is on the 24th because the store closes 5 hours earlier. It's a 4 day work week, though, then the next week is 3 days and the one after 4 days again, so I may have some more free time.

I had all my tests on Friday. I am on break!!!
My activity will probably go up over break. I'm also going to try to work on Imagination Quest, which I have actually had a little luck on recently.

Xeda has no internet at home. I think they have no computer at all. I don't remember why. Maybe his parents doesn't want any computer inside the house or just can't afford them (the reason why it took until 2004 for me to get one and it took until 2005 until I buy one)

ima be here for the majority of break, for the first time ever(although i will be gone for 3 days).
i need to buy a new link cable so i can transfer axe projects to/from my cable, and until then i'm working on learning more asm, so this break may actually be a productive one!

Well, I'm glad some people will at least be around. I was a bit scared that about 30-40% of the new members (the ones that are active the most too) would be gone for the entire break due to being grounded/restricted from computer access x.x

Well, I'm just gonna say that during this break, my activity may be higher on weekdays than on weekends. :D
but my weekends will probably be more busy.

I'm not grounded or anything, but my mind is starting to lose its sanity after staying in USB world for so long. I see why few people ever come back alive after trying to study this stuff. I wish I could work on TAO, but I have to wait to do anymore until oasis comes out. (I would rather not do a full project like that with ZDS, although I could)

I've looked at brass, but not all that much, and haven't really looked at spasm. I'll check them out, thanks!

The 3 times I tried learning ASM, all we had was TASM. ;D
I think ZDS was around, but it seemed like nobody heard about it.

My activity is going to be somewhat low for the next few months, mainly because I'm going to be focusing on completing some projects + doing other stuff.
I'll still be working on calc stuff, though (for example, I'm going to try to release a game by this Christmas - almost like a present :))
