Title: Updating TI Nspire CAS Clickpad

Ive been trying to figure this out for several days now, and can't seem to do so. The issue I'm having is that my computer (I tried it on a mac running 10.11 and a PC on windows 10) can't seem to see the calculator. I know that it's plugged in right and my cable works, so I'm not sure what to do at this point.
