I just saw on the news, France shot a tank on Libya due to Khadafi's refuse of a reserved air space.
I'm afraid this might mean war :S
What do you think?
-
ONU now allows attacks on lybia to kick khadafi.

Really? Had no idea, then it's not a France-attack only.
-
To tell the truth, I'm not that informed about what's exactly going on in Libya ATM, I'll look it up and post what I think will happen later.
-
Actually France begins operations, after some countries ( I don't remember which ) will join.
-
I saw in the news that force usage was approved by the UNO a few days ago. They are against OTAN getting involved, though, due to their bad reputation among arabic countries. I'm pretty sure this means another war like there was in Iraq and Afghanistan now.
I'm not too sure if I'm against that one, especially if it's to save citizens from dictatorship and possible genocide, but I hope that not too many civils/innocents get killed in the process...

sigh... why cant we just all get along :(

Omnimaga, prepare your guns, we gotta join the war too!
But seriously now, nations can shoot? What if they shoot inocents?
-
Well they only shoot the khadafi's army, currently they try to keep his army away from benghazi, the last big city controled by rebels.

This time, let's hope they don't throw any "Fast Crash's avatar" against inocents.

:P

***UPDATES***
The USA have sent missiles too!

It's sad/horribly ironic, but innocents are not the biggest concern, even if their whole justification for battle probably consists of how innocents have been harmed by the previous leader.
Humans are generally morons and we often pay for it with blood.
-
Spain has shot too it seems.
@QWERTY: That's right, as a whole, we, humans, don't think about consequences.
All we care about is peace oil.
-
It's not oil that's the problem either. That's merely another form of money. It's more along the lines that many humans forget that the usage of force in any form generally brings about bloodshed.
If the rebels in Libya had the total support of the population, Gaddafi wouldn't be a position to do anything about it. All governments depend on the support/complacency of their population to remain in power.
-
My only concern with this is that some countries hates when USA gets involved in other countries' affairs. This is why 9/11 happened. I hope that Iran or something won't rally against USA for getting involved in Libya or something. And I still hope that the UNO will be careful to not accidentally kill innocents and that afterward they can instate a new government without as much trouble as they did in Iraq and Afghanistan. There's still the pro khadafi people that might cause troubles if anti-Khadafi people and UNO wins, like the Kamikazes in Iraq.
