What's going on in Omnimaga?
« on: July 05, 2007, 01:30:00 pm »
So, I was browsing, and I was wondering, what are the people here working on? I am working on getting my computer working, and misplaced my calculator, so... but I am planning to one day finish Lurking Shades, which is good. I also am working more. =/ I am working 29 hours this week, which, I like the money and all, but it seriously cuts out on my computer time. =/

I'm gonna pick up Pirate RPG this weekend again, now that I've officially gotten bored of my Cemetech competition submission.

I thought I'd be doing more this summer, but 9 hours a day 5 days a week of work is draining me :(sad.gif.

just working on some old projects, trying to be done with some of them instead of letting them go stagnant on the calc.
Projects: AOD Series: 75% | FFME: 80% | Pokemon: 18% | RPGSK: 60% | Star Trek: 70% | Star Trek 83+: 40% | TI-City: 5%

I'm taking two summer courses, among other things.

I have a job caddying, assisting a golfer(s) by carrying around his/her clubs, cleaning his/her balls (hehe...), etc..  I only do it like three days a week, though, but I have to be there by 6:30 AM, which means that I have to wake up at like 5:30.  And once I get there, I have to wait until a golfer comes.  I might wait there until...oh, let's say, 8:00 PM, and not get paid at all.  Or, I might get to caddy for somebody at 3:00 PM, and then four-five hours later, finish my "loop," and then wait another 3-60 minutes to get paid (the default is $25.00 for me, maybe up to $40.00 if I get lucky), and then go home.  So, while it isn't really a horrible job, I don't like waking up early, I don't like having to go there as often as I do (I know I only go there like three days a week, but I really don't need the money, and would prefer to have more free time and sleep, but my mom forces me to go there when I don't need to anyway because she says work is good for me, which I don't completely disagree with, but...), and...I don't feel like typing anymore....

Working 60+ hours a week, 7 days a week, at multiple jobs; letting multiple projects go un-worked on, trying to get my car(s) running (all 3 of them), and working on getting into college (again). Not much really. I'm gonna get another job here soon, either remodeling houses for a friend or working at Perfection Tires for another friend (possibly both).

Well I have been working on some projects. NBA 68K to be exact. I have been trying to get a small job, but I am failing horribly. At least I built an application for $20 for my parents lol :)smile.gif . Oh well nothing interesting ever happens in my life.

I'll definitely download it when you're done->I love NBA Jam!

Change of plans: It looks like I might be roofing for my uncle next week. Hard work, but if I can get on a prevailing wage contract, it'll pay $23 an hour! w00t! Good possibility too, since the company has 3 of them going on right now :)smile.gif

Procrastinating with Space Trader, working [occasionally >.<] on my mini-program for those FPS sprites, chilling out, and mad at my dad because he gave the new Macbook Pro to my mother instead of me, despite the fact that she never complained about her previous computer (well, her only complaint was that it couldn't burn DVD's, but that could have been fixed with a new optical drive).
