I didn't think they would actually say the "F" word in the song. My goodness.

Bit of a necropost, but my bro showed me this song a while back. One word -Respect. I really like the song, it is old school and he makes a point. Very awesome. =)

The first time I heard it on the radio, I thought it was a song from the early '70s or something, then I discovered it was a recent song. I noticed a lot of new songs are kinda retro, which is cool because the '70s, '80s and '90s had some cool music, depending of the genre and continent.

When I first heard that song on the radio, I could have sworn that it was a 70's song

Yeah it's really an old style. I like how a lot of new songs sounds like '70s or '80s stuff. Usually they sound better than the newer style stuff.

It might be because you heard the censored version. At work they play the censored one, otherwise I doubt customers would like.

On one of the local radio stations. They completely remove "fuck", they don't even replace it with "forget." The lyrics are literally, "I see you driving 'round town with the girl I love and I'm like, _____ you. I guess the change in my pocket wasn't enough wasn't enough I'm like, _____ you and _____ her too."

It doesn't even make sense.

Oh, that's why I always heard "forget you."

Nice song made my day :D

thepenguin77 do they replace it with a beep or just cut the sound completely?

I hope they didn't replace it with a beep... That would sound horrible O.O

I've never ever heard that in music, and I don't want to either.

The imagine a 4000hz beep at 99db. Also, I didn't realize this was in music at first, like a lot of people!

Yeah I hope it's not a beep, because then it must be really disturbing when in a store, for example. X.x

Oh my gosh, a lot of people try that, but this was done correctly. Wait while I stop suffocating from laughter.
