Title: Most energetic songs you've discovered
Post by: Zera on May 16, 2010, 05:01:07 am
Not quite sure if anyone can top this, but:

In all honesty, if it's conceivable for there to be a more energetic song out there, I would be highly curious about it.

I'm almost afraid to listen... I'll update this post after i listen. Actually that was rather nice. Personally I wouldn't consider it super high energy though. When I imagine a song that is at the maximum end of high energy it requires a much higher tempo, although a song that has warm tones certainly contributes to the energy. Certain genres of Metal, punk, and techno do this, and i wouldn't really consider the example that you posted as an example of a song at maximum energy. Here's a few examples:
Mindless Self Indulgence is Not safe for work, (explicit lyrics) but the others should be fine.

I'm sure there are some better examples, but these are off the top of my head. I tend to like uptempo high adrenaline stuff so I've heard quite a bit in various genres.
Edit2: I'm sure Dj Omnimga could post some good examples from the techno genre. ^^.

this is eurobeat I think. Those songs are typically pretty hi-nrg by dance music standards.
