(Note for those who are unfamiliar with the 24hr system, it goes like this:

1:00 AM == 1:00
2:00 AM == 2:00
3:00 AM == 3:00
...
10:00 AM == 10:00
11:00 AM == 11:00
12:00 PM == 12:00
1:00 PM == 13:00
1:37 PM == 13:37
2:00 PM == 14:00
...
7:00 PM == 19:00
8:00 PM == 20:00
9:00 PM == 21:00
10:00 PM == 22:00
11:00 PM == 23:00
12:00 AM == 0:00

And yeah we have l33t time)

Pretty sure they meant 0h30 (like certain transport companies does, even extending the day until 27h for the sake of comptability). But still, it's kinda weird.
