Semi-necro, but for a good reason: You know Google's new URL shortener, http://goo.gl/ (http://goo.gl/)? After you shorten a URL with it, you can add .qr to the end of the shortened URL it gives you and it becomes a QR code.

For example, I just shortened the URL of this post into http://goo.gl/bR3x (http://goo.gl/bR3x). Putting http://goo.gl/bR3x.qr (http://goo.gl/bR3x.qr) into your address bar gives you (http://goo.gl/bR3x.qr) (http://goo.gl/bR3x.qr).
