Yeah it was because at one point some people got like -25 upon request or vice-versa or people tried to keep someone's rating to a certain funny number by deliberately downrating some posts for no valid reason. A valid reason would be more if a member organizes a riot IRL and burns cars as a protest to this topic making fun of religion. <_<
