It's depressing too, when you develop the best looking website ever, load it on IE, go to your boss, and say "yeah, I need to extend the deadline by a few months... wait, make that years."

In case anyone's curious, IE was the product of a team of developers undergoing testing for the "Ballmer peak." The testing, of course, failed miserably and what should have been equivalent to Firefox 4 was actually... as bad as IE.

What do you mean "bad"? ??? Internet Explorer is a perfect example of the brilliant coding prowess associated with a Ballmer's peak.

Here's how IE works: Takes 10 min. to initialize, Takes 10 min. to come out of unresponsive, and then you take ten minutes realizing how stupid you were to open it in the first place, Takes ten minutes to come out of unresponsive again and then takes 20 minutes closing and crashing your lovely new computer.  ;D

Multiply the times by sixteen and add an eternity, and you have How Vista Works!
