I doubt it. Now that that one  smokable herbal matter has been legalized in Colorado, I doubt anyone living there (well, at least people over 21) will move elsewhere. :P

There is always the Yellowstone caldera near Colorado where there are lakes that could be pretty useful for lobster steaming. ;D
