Indeed, although I was quite lucky with some games actually. My copy of Actraiser 2 and SoulBlazer works on first try and looks great. Final Fantasy III, on the other hand, has dead save battery and discolored back (which I didn't see in pics), while my Atari 2600 copy of Solaris was actually a PAL cartridge even if on Ebay it was listed as NTSC. The latter, however, arrived in  better condition than in the pic, but that tells how innacurate Ebay can be.

On a side note I got a factory-sealed copy of F-Zero too (the original package, like in the pic above) which I got for cheaper a few years ago, and I wish I could actually test it without opening it ;D.

Someone should message the seller and ask them how they tested a "sealed product". That's an awesome find DJ. ;D

To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if this was real, because that's exactly how NES and SNES factory seals were made in North America. I would need to see the back of the box to be sure, though (there's supposed to be some sort of vertical line in the middle of the plastic). That's unless of course the pic is not from the actual item or if the person stole old equipment from Nintendo to seal games :P

EDIT: Nvm it's legit, I just saw the actual line. Just unsure if the pic is from the actual item.
