Well, my old one came very close to it. For some reason, whenever we flushed it, it started screeching so loud you could hear it from 30 m away.

A company has gotten http://www.shop.com/Funky_Musical_Toilet_-23149693-p!.shtml to making a musical toilet on purpose.
