Nooosssssffeeerrraaaatuuu!
Welcome!

ruler501:
Welcome I always love talking to people with an interest in math and science(specifically physics or chemistry).

I'd love to see some of your stuff. Do you program much?

Nosferatu Arucard 1983:
I will show quick as possible my comunity project: Maxima OS (since I don't have too much programming knowledge).
(My ideia is to create a new lighter and modern GUI for Maxima running on a  Linux OS, which can be used in a potencial calculator, or ported trivially to a computer).
However, my first calculator program that I created myself was a Asteroid like game for the old Casio fx-7000G calculator! (Unfortunally, all source code was lost  :()

It was a little troublesome to code a graphic (very primitive) game for a calculator for which don't have more than 2 kb of RAM (422 bytes user avaliable!   O.O)

For now, I will anounce a real progress for Android smartphones and Tablets...
A full Maxima port for every Android device was achived  :D  XD

It's totally free and open-source, so your cheap Android smartphone now have the best open-source CAS on the planet, and can make excellent 2D and 3D graphic plots!  :w00t:

Xeda112358:
Wow, that looks pretty cool 0.0 I don't have much technology except my computer and calculators, so I won't be able to try it, but a free CAS is pretty awesome o.o

DJ Omnimaga:
How did you code such a game on a FX-7000G? O.O There are no getkey function or whatever to move the ship around to shoot asteroids O.O
