Hi guys.

I found this forum on google, it seems to be good :)
I bought mine TI NSpire yesterday but i dunno how to install stuff on it.

I already have the program "TI-Nspire Computer Link" but it doesn't permits that i pass programs to the calculator. Are there other programs to make it? I'm searching too for a tutorial like how to transfer programs and games to my calculator ;D

Heya and welcome here :)

Do you have the TI-Nspire regular edition (the one that comes with interchangeable keyboards) or the CAS edition? If you have the one with the TI-84+ keyboard, you can use the TI-Connect software (TiLP, which can be found on ticalc.org can work, too) to send 8xg, 8xp, 8xi, etc files to your calculator. In TI-Nspire mode, I haven't really tried to send files to it, though (I know they are .tns), so I can't help much on that. There aren't a lot of TI-Nspire-specific files, though, due to the crappy programming capabilities on it, though.

Actually we have Mapar007 too, who's from Belgium according to his UTI profile, but he never posts on Omnimaga :(

Thanks everyone :)

I already know how to put tns games and programs on the nspire (there are just a few). If someone could give me a site with some games or programs (i already have the games and programs from ticalc).

About the TI 84+ i can't use Mirage OS. Everytime i put a game on it, it just resets and says ram cleared. I dunno what to do :/

EDIT: I'm trying the MirageOS Patch to fix the bug, but i don't know how to write minuscle leters, i can just write capital leters. Any help? I'm noob in calculators :P

EDIT2: After a few hours burning my head i got it. Now i'll go play something :P

ticalc.org has most Nspire games avaliable, but that's all the Nspire got, due to the crappy programming language on it. I mean, even the TI-81 from 1990 has better programming capabilities than the Nspire. The TI-Nspire doesn't even have an Input command, which is necessary in games if there are no getkey command

N-Spire it's cool for school programs. Just that.

I'm prefering the 84+ keyboard :)

Yeah since I got a N-Spire, I only used the Nspire keyboard for about one hour to explore. I pretty much used the 84+ one most of the time. I actually got a N-Spire as replacment to my defective 83+SE. I would have got a TI-84+SE, but I could get the Nspire for cheaper
