Heya and welcome here! :)

I remember you joined a while ago and I am glad you're still around. Do you do any programming regularly?

I hope you enjoy your stay on the forums. :)

Well, I programmed a game named Monopoly (With another person). You can find it on TICALC (But I haven't upgraded it because i forgot my username and password on TICALC 囧). The latest version is 1.3. I don't think it's successful... And it still has some bugs. So the project of Monopoly is nearly stop. I don't have much time because there are a lot of tests...
And I designed another program, it's used to make a dictionary on NSprie.
And Bruce55 is also a Chinese.

I see, do you have a link to it? As for lost password, you could e-mail ticalc.org about it and tell them your e-mail so you can get a password recovery. Maybe they got an automatic pass recovery on the site too?

I hope you eventually get more time to code. And yeah I know Bruce.55 is Chinese. He still visits the chat room, but not the forums. Jhgenius01, Yunhua98 and Deep Thought are Chineese as well (I wonder if the later two are relatives, since they joined around the same time?), but they left a long while ago.

Oh, I do another program DIC_Transfer. It's used to make a dictionary by two words lists... I mean... it can translate the words as strings in a list into variables......

Here is my work.

I see. As I asked in my previous post, do you have a link to them? I could maybe check myself, though, if their name is the same...

EDIT: Nevermind, you uploaded it here. Gonna check later. :)

I'm really curious how the Monopoly looks like. I'll have to try this on my calc soon. :)

TI-BASIC is the only programming language that I know...

Welcome!

Do you have any projects that you're working on?

Also, don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. There are a lot of really good programmers here who are always willing to help.

Also, can you use ndless? A new ndless programmer would be cool :)

EDIT: WELCOME

Of course it's TI-NSpire BASIC. I can USE ndless (I mean, install it on my handheld...) but I don't know C++ or SDK...

Ndless is programmed in C or NSpire Assembly, not C++, but it's more or less the same.

So, nothern have you made any interesting stuff in TI Nspire Basic? (i know nspire_Basic, it's almost impossible to make good stuff)

Oh I see...

i know nspire_Basic, it's almost impossible to make good stuff
Well I have played some very good games on NSpire like TI RPG2 (by Superbany
) and Solitaire (Elliot Way).
Some activities made by TI are also very good, but I can hardly understand how it works... And even TI can make a tns file as READ-ONLY Type.

And again... I uploaded Monopoly and DIC_Transfer in the post.
And making good stuff with some graphics needs huge patient... You should use plot scatter or point to draw...

(I don't think my description is very clearly... Sorry for my bad English)

Replace even with only?

XD

RPG2 is a great Text RPG, but let's say, when I say TI NSpire Basic sucks (sorry for the word), I mean compared to other Texas calculators (TI-83+ Series and 68K calculators), which allow you infinite hardware and software control (not infinite, but a lot!)

Or maybe "And TI can even make a tns file as READ-ONLY Type."

Or maybe "And TI can even make a tns file as READ-ONLY Type."

That would also work. Concerning this: Can Ndless hack Texa's READ-ONLY type files?

It's a shame that Nspire BASIC can't even come close to create something like http://www.ticalc.org/archives/news/articles/14/146/146343.html :(

Most programs have to be text, and sadly, 83+ owners saw so many text-only games in the past that they may not download Nspire text games as much. :(

most nspire text games I've seen never got past 20 downloads :(

Its sad because all text games generally get bad rap in general :(

(Also Ashbad i noticed you are in lowercase now :D)

Yeah, some are kinda good. It's just that there are just so many that people who tried finding graphical games got frustrated and eventually grew some hate for those text games. X.x

I myself am generally not a huge fan of them because I am more visual.
