Title: The Serial Time Killer
Post by: Freyaday on March 04, 2011, 01:35:54 am
'Sup! It's taken a while, but I've finally distilled myself down to a single post. Here goes:
I got my TI-84 Plus SE September, freshman year in high school. I started programming it in TI Basic a couple of weeks afterwards and haven't really stopped since. This means I have about 3/2 yrs of TI Basic exp under my belt. I picked up Axe 0.4.7 a week or two ago, and am fervently trying to learn it.
Sometimes you'll see me as Friday and sometimes as Freyaday on different places 'round the Net.
I'm quite silly.

I'd circle sir, but they don't like it very much. How do I get my own subtitle?

Do you mean something below your nickname? I think that required 1000 posts or something. (Kinda like on other TI boards)

Oh so that's what it was. 1000 posts, eh?
leafy starts plotting.

.^Not a factorial.
I'm currently working on a multi-program programming tool that allows you to draw on the screen and records what you do. It's almost done, but I need some major help with the program that turns the appvar into an Axe source. As an indicator as to how much help I need, the source code I have so far is named DONOTUSE

Aah I see. So this is what the Undo thing is gonna be used for?
Title: Re: The Serial Time Killer

The Undo, the Program Writing Programs, so far, all the posts Elsewhere that I've started are about this one suite, now called Maros. (The original, Basic version was called Macro. This is why Undo is under BASIC.

As I wrote before.

Oh, I must have skipped that part.
Well, it seems interesting.

And I need help, too!
And then, after that's done, we can go see about getting my program running.

I'm afraid I can't really help because I'm only a 68k-basic-programmer and I myself am busy on a project.

Aww. Okay. Anyone else who can help me? Anyone? If so, please go to http://ourl.ca/9462/180909 (http://ourl.ca/9462/180909).
Also, I'd like to point out that the Omnimaga logo transliterates as sMpiMa"What the heck, that's not a letter"a. This has been bothering me ever since I joined.

Well it's still meant to be Omnimaga, despite the greek letters. We just used greek letters to make the on-calc logo look less dull than if we just used regular lowercases, while still not taking too much RAM. A year later the logo was converted to that 3D-ish blue one. Please don't start this argument about sMpiMaga again like the other person on IRC the other day. I don't see why it should be so much a problem. X.x

I just know how Greek transliterates, and it bothers me when the Greek alphabet is used improperly the same way a crooked picture frame bothers...people who care about such things.

You know I spent a long time working on that blue logo, right? I think you're being quite irritating here, and I would like you to find more constructive stuff to do on the forums instead of pointless nitpicking about a site banner. Plus you're only the second person to complain about that anyway, I think that shows a message.
