Thanks, epic7. I'm actually working on composing a solo piece right now (If all goes well, I'll have it done by august)

Sounds pretty cool, it reminds me of some Zelda OoT and DKC music actually :D. Also interesting instrument. Is it hard to play?

A little bit on marimbas (because most people don't know what they are if they weren't in a marchin' band): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marimba

It's difficulty depends on how difficult the piece is. It's one of the easiest instruments to pick up and learn, but one of the hardest to master.

Ah ok thanks for the info. My worry was about having to hit two notes simultaneously with that little thing.
