I like this, quite original and at the same time it reminds me some video game music. One suggestion I have would be to have the flute melody so flute note offset is slightly further, and have the note enveloppe so it won't start instantly, doing clicking noises. That way when the flute plays very fast, we will hear it more. But note enveloppe and stuff is more one of the advanced MTVMG functions so it can be a bit complicated to get used to.
