Yeah that sometimes happens to contests. :P During the last years it didn't, though, since they were Axe-only contests and prizes were usually split between categories more (eg there was only one place per category)

It is almost done on our part, then we will hopefully open to community judging shortly. I am not sure about the time frame, though :/

I think basically only Art of Camelot hasn't finished judging yet due to life (hoping that it's a question of when he will finish, not if >.<), which is why it's taking so long. Once he's done, the survey will most likely appear. Hoping it's done before 2013 POTY eligibility ends, though. >.<
