Contest 2013 - Public Vote Ends Tonight!

Remember, tonight at midnight (GMT -5) the contest public vote (see here) will end and contest results will be announced.

So far, very few people have actually participated in the voting, so, if you want to have a say in who wins, you'd better act quickly!

Thanks to everyone who participated this year, and may the best programs win!

I guess the post <a href=http://ourl.ca/20216> here</a> is wrong then. It says the contest's public vote ended at 11:59 AM.

I think the lack of participating in the poll is due to how hard it is to find the actual poll (or entries) link and the fact that it's on an external site rather than Omni (although I can understand if you wanted more Cemetech members to vote). For example, in the original public vote news, the poll is located inside a spoiler tag. Very visibility.

Also, unlike previous years, there was no EzBlock setup to advertise the contest accross the entire Omni website.

Of course, if there are not enough votes, I have the feeling that it will take much longer. The best way to get results out faster for the time being is to vote for your favorite entries, just in case.
