Title: Contest update: Missing entry fiasco solved

It turned out that the missing entry was submitted two days too late, so basically it was disqualified. Because the BASIC poll was reset by mistake due to contradictory statements by Noahbaby94 about the eligibility of the lost entry, people will need to vote again for the Pure BASIC category. Hybrid poll has closed Sunday and winner will be posted soon. The Pure BASIC poll will start now and close next Monday.
