Title: HRP's IRC channel

HRP (Hikaru Rakuen Programming) has an IRC channel, now! Its located on the same server as #omnimaga, and can be reached at #HRP. Also, I've created a channel for basically anything, within rules, #foxes. Hope to see you there!

I have posted the news on HRP forums too >.< btw you should have the HRP chan as well in your sig not just Foxes X_X

Omnimaga was planning to be Spp at first i think (right after the forum deletion)
