Title: iOmnom - OmnomIRC gone Mobile

I (Eeems) have been hard at work creating a mobile experience for OmnomIRC. iOmnom (http://omnimaga.org/iOmnom/) allows you to chat in almost real time with everybody using the normal OmnomIRC as well as everybody in #Omnimaga.
iOmnom uses the Sencha touch framework and therefore works on most smartphones today. iOmnom only works on Webkit based browsers (like Chrome and Safari) and therefore will only work on smartphones with a webkit based web browser. Sencha touch works on iDevices, Android and Blackberry devices with more to possibly come.
iOmnom is secure in the fact that you have to have a forum account to use it. If you are not registered it will redirect you to a login page which will then redirect you back to iOmnom. I am still not finished iOmnom so feel free to request changes in the appropriate thread here (http://ourl.ca/10679).

EDIT:Support for the #omnimaga-fr channel has been added. Make sure to reset your settings before testing for the first time (found on the top right of the settings titlebar).

I'm glad I finally finished it :)
Anybody want to make an icon I can use for usage with a fullscreen webapp?

This is nice. It should make some ppl happy as they had troubles using OmnomIRC on some handhelds/mobile devices with small res.

I just tried this in Google Chrome and WOW this looks awesome, I can finally chat in OmnomIRC using my HTC Magic.

Btw as scout suggested on IRC, it would be nice to have a button leading to the new OmnomIRC in the OmnomIRC links.

That is awesome! Bug report: There are two Scrollback items on the Settings page. Second should probably be called "Channel" or something.

Yeah I noticed that, which is weird, I had renamed it to channel I thought. I'll fix that when I get home in just over an hour.

Nice work.

However, I'm an iOS developer (beginner though), and I think I'm very able to make a full native app that will look the same way, but with native toolbars, tabs, buttons etc.

I'll try that this week probably !
