Title: OmnomIRC and SpyBot45 temporary out of service

Due to issues with EFnet, both OmnomIRC and Spybot45 were rendered unoperational. To ensure people won't waste their time trying to chat through the site shoutbox and risk accidentally flooding #omnimaga/#omnimaga-fr by trying to send text over and over, we have made it so nobody can send text anymore. The IRC conversations will remain visible, as the EFnet issues are not affecting Netbot45 as much, but that is not guaranteed.

Those IRC and shoutbox services will come back as soon as either Netham45 moves the bots on different EFnet servers or that the servers they're currently on becomes stable again.

UPDATE: The bots had to be temporary banned due to flooding the channel with join/quits, but they are ban evading it seems. O.O

UPDATE(12:58 AM MST, Netham45):The bots are restored.

Nah don,t worry. I personally had about 6 minutes of lag when sending text, then I couldn't use the chat either.

Yeah, I had a six minute lag, too, and it just caused confusion when my remark finally appeared x.x

Hahaha. Smart bots, they know how to ban evade.

Also yeah I got this issue too, it lagged like hell on OmnomIRC. Weird.

Maybe it can be changed from "due to abuse" to "due to errors"?  I can see how some new members could get really confused :P

I bet it will be back up tomorrow. Else you can always use an IRC client or Mibbit.

And it's back up. Also yeah I might change the abuse word to errors next time.
