Title: Subscribe to Omnimaga on Youtube!
Post by: DJ Omnimaga on December 24, 2011, 07:04:57 pm: Youtube has added a new feature a while ago, but I didn't notice what it really was until recently: When you watch a video on their website and besides the description it says "As seen on Omnimaga", for example, this is when somebody has posted a Youtube link of the video on Omnimaga (or another website) and Youtube tracked it.

Well, guess what: Whenever somebody shares a video on Omnimaga forums, now it gets listed through a feed (http://www.youtube.com/social/blog/omnimaga-org-index?feature=g-u), which you can even subscribe to! So if you subscribe to Omnimaga on Youtube, you can discover new videos that people on sites you visit liked and shared that you might have missed out on your last visit. If you subscribe, they show up on your Youtube front page, along with uploads from your subscribers.

There is obviously one for Cemetech and many others, so enjoy!

Post by: Jonius7 on February 09, 2012, 05:03:12 am: Ah, Hmm, i thought the subscribe feature for youtube channels/users was there for a while because I have gotten emails every time DJ_O uploads a video, however they did change the site design more recently.
Anyway the within omnimaga subscribe feature sounds even better!

Post by: DJ Omnimaga on February 14, 2012, 03:19:27 pm: Possibly because Google didn't find any link leading to the video on Omnimaga. The video has to be posted somewhere on Omnimaga forums to be flagged as seen on Omnimaga.
