Did you try to look at some of the animations in Illusiat 6 through 13 and ROL1 and 2? Mana Force 2 also had some magic animations as well (altough more simple)

I've tried to look at them, but I don't want to 100% copy.  DJ, I don't know how you've come up with so many great animations. :)

Well I don't mind if ppl inspire themselves from them plus these games are so old anyway :P
