There were many great Axe programs submitted to Omnimaga Axe Parser contest, but one in particular has managed to push the new Axe programming language beyond anything the judges could ever imagine. Thanks to everyone's patience and participation to the competition and survey, Omnimaga is proud to announce that Wacky Fun Random Numbar Generator v1.00000069 (http://www.omnimaga.org/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=4479.0;attach=3317) has won the Axe Parser programming contest, leading every other entries with a score of 1041.5 points out of 200 (1004 from judges and 37.5 from the survey)!
It came on the TI-86. It was ported to TI-83 Plus ASM. While it was ported to the TI-80 and TI-73, it eventually made its way on the TI-Nspire platform, both in C and BASIC, the latter also being by Snake_X. Now Snake_X has brought us by far the best Axe Parser achievement in existence, which drew so much attention from the gaming community that it brought us to 1 million page requests for the first time in Omnimaga existence, last month, with a total of 375679 downloads (http://ourl.ca/7076) for this contest entry alone (the second most downloaded entry being Heroes of Might and Magic, with 139 downloads). This version, despite occasionally causing some RAM clears, remains true to the original.
As a reward for starting a new revolution in TI history, Snake_X has been awarded the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes for the contest. In addition to that, he will win four tickets for one of Justin Bieber Tour show (http://www.justinbiebertour.net/), as well as Justin Bieber's entire discography for the next 5 years. 30% of the show profits will be given to Texas Instruments for future calculator development and the rest will be given to help the lobster industry.
With this new version of this ticalc.org classic, Microsoft also expressed interest in porting the game to the Xbox Live Arcade and Sony also expressed interests for a PSN downloadable version. Apple, however, plans to use the program for future OS developments.

Btw, this entry final score was 1000 out of 100 points. Due to the usage of 1 byte signed integers in scoring, its score of -5/20 in everything looped back to 251/20, giving a total score of 1004 out of 100 :P
j/k, but there's something I will reveal to those who don't use IRC: we went close to having two WFRNG clones for the contest, one other by Calcdude84se. :P
/me will most likely be busy this evening while he prepares the real contest results news article :P
-
* ZTrumpet eats DJ Omni :P
-
Bah stop eating me. When the lobster industry read this new they'll be happy of Justin Bieber's generosity anyway
-
we tried, but there's just no way to compete with tried and true greatness of that calibre
-
you forgot the one ported in C#...
made by yours truly
-
This is truly an achievement for the human race.
-
A must download. I've played it so much that I simply am addicted to it and have made it to level 102 as a red mage :P
-
It made me the fractatical genius I am today. ;D
-
ticalc.org should report this to the world... :D

Well, when I clicked on the link, one of the first words I saw was 'Justin Bieber' ('cuz it was in blue).
That was when I knew something was up. Everything else after that was just confirmation.

Tip: Don't believe any News post in brown.
Since your tip is also written in brown, this means we must not believe it either, right? :P

Congradulamations! Snake_X! here's a rickroll! http://www.omnimaga.org/games/starcraft/starcraft.swf
-
Congradulamations!
You totally misspelled Congratulations here D:
-
I think it was done on purpose... :P
And yes, WFRNG truly deserved this win. However, I was shocked by how the contest was judged. The final score should have been >9000, the judges were much to harsh...
-
This is great, just like the fake news on ticalc.org, what a great article and a great win!!!
-
x.x Now the real results? :P
-
Congradulamations!
You totally misspelled Congratulations here D:
as Silver Shadow said. :P
-
Now I know the conventions for Omnimaga's joke articles :P.
That scared me for a minute.
-
lol just epic just epic
-
I was SHOCKED for just one minute....
-
That was the goal ;D
Thankfully, we would never do such thing. Imagine the reputation we would get if this was real :P
-
Too bad no quadratic solvers were proposed...
-
haha yeah.. i got shocked so badly that I got a migrane in overwhelmingness XD
-
Too bad no quadratic solvers were proposed...
Yeah it would probably have been rejected since it's not a game :P
And lol Snake X sorry for almost causing you to die the other day ;D
-
The gotta make a WFRNG for the upcoming quantum computers...
Also to those who fear any WFRNG based AI will take over the world they'll probaly rather die of it. It's agreat weapon against them..
[evil robot]: It is time for you to die...
[you]: no wait! I...I..am too young too die! My calculators batteries aren't empty yet!
[evil robot]: pathectic creature...
[you]: Oh yea? can you do...this!!! *pulls up calc and shows the WFRNG*
[evil robot]: what...?? no...nooo...NOOOO!!!! *explodes*
[you]: now where was I...aah yes...If X is not 1 which could be written as not not....
THE END
:D
