The ongoing fight with TI for the legality of our factored OS signing keys has been featured on the wall street journal. Because of this more awareness has been raised on the matter.

Maybe they forgot a word between factor and large. Or simply don't know math and cryptography and don't have a science reviewer.

It's good "public awareness", but I'm getting tired of being called a hacker instead of a programmer.

yeah same...I mean we aren't even hacking, we are just programming things and reverse engineering...

Indeed. EFF and the like even say that what we're doing is allowed under the Digital Millenium Copyright Act so TI really can't do anything.
