NanoWar has released the second demo of his promising game called Wizards. This is a card game, and there has been a long time between demos.
If this demo lives up to, or surpasses his first you are in for a real treat, due to the fact that it is a very well done game.
I heartily recommend that you download and test the game

Nice to see this is still alive. Unfortunately I am not into TCGs much, tho :(

Ahh, very nice, I'll have to check it out and go give him some feed back! The first demo was really nice!

I never thought that the game was being still worked upon...
I'll go and install the app this evening... hoping it'll work on the NSpire.

You should really try.  ;)

The main and biggest difference from MTG is that you actually only have one monster. The cards resemble the tactics ... I never got much into the MTG duels.

I'm not a big fan of card games, but indeed, some sw33t programming done there!

I must admit that I never played card games...
But Wizards (the 1st beta and this one) is great!

I've only encountered one bug (sort of): when I send the file to the calc, the loading bar only completes 30%, and then the file is sent. It seems to work fine on calc, but I fear that this might mean a problem with signing the app, which might result in an incomplete transfer.
Oh, and it also strangely disables all the hooks on the calc. Don't know why.

ah, hmm, you'll have to report that to them...
I still havent tested this one, but I'm going to do that now

Yep, I confirm, the 30% loading is worse than I thought:
when I select "play" in its menu, Wizards randomly runs an app (I had it run Chip and Bowling this way :P ).
And also, when I put too many cards in the deck (or maybe it's because of a bug with one of the bottom cards?), the calc freezes when I enter the arena.
These bugs are possibly due to me using the NSpire 84+ emu, so I recon this isn't so bad a problem. But sadly, I had to delete it from my calc to protect my ROM. Hopefuly, an update will repair this. I think I'll go and report this on the RevSoft forum.

For some reason, when I try to send the app over via Ti-Explorer, the loading bar doesn't even show up. It goes straight to the circle-y thing, and stops. The app does not show up on calc.

Any ideas on why? And how I could manage to get it over?

Do you mean TI Device Explorer (which comes with TI-Connect)? It's generally only to send apps content to the computer and barely works. I just right click the file in Windows and select Send to TI Device.
