Dj that was an idea I had i was going to set up a znc account for the bots to connect through so that its consolidated to just one or 3 bots

botnet needs at least 2 bots and derpybot can't run through ZNC, making it 3 bots

2-3 is usually the best, preferably using multiple internet connections and different EFnet servers, to ensure that they are netsplit-proof and that the entire botnet won't die if your home connection goes down.
