Title: fr notifications are not displayed on omni-fr

All is in description.
I noticed that new post are not displayed on #omnimaga-fr, obvious it should. :w00t:
Can you fix this problem ?

I think Netham45 hate french.

Just kidding lol I think he forgot to put the bot back in after the last netsplit.

Netham45, now it's the opposite. Notifications work in the French channel, but not the English one... ???

Yeah everytime EFNet netsplits, Spybot disconnects and never comes back. You should consider connecting it to Omninet instead.

Well the issue is that then people won't see the efnet notifications regardless x.x

However now the weird thing is how it still appears to work fine in the French channel...
