Title: Suggestion: Notify about Lua forum posts in #nspire-lua

I think it would be very nice if 'New' was on #nspire-lua, and posts updates from the Lua forum.
Would be easy for the users there to respond as fast as possible.
I don't know how easy it is, but it would be nice :)

(I'm an op there, and manage the channel, so no need to ask permissions)

It would be nice, as long as it also continues notifying in #omnimaga too.

Also it would be nice if it notified of german messages in the german channel too.

And yeah, the posts will still remain on #omnimaga as well.
