Title: MLC: Misc Discussion
Post by: bfr on November 01, 2006, 02:30:00 pm
Well, it seems as if I need another thread for MLC, because I want to talk about the on-computer converter and I don't know where to talk about it. :Ptongue.gif

So, anyway, I'm working on an on-computer converter in C++ that converts MLC programs to and from then TI-83+/TI-86/68K/Casio AFX calculators.  I'm no expert on calculator tokens, so if this turns out to be really difficult, well, it may end up taking quite a while.  I also might be able to do the TI-83+/TI-86/68K converter by myself, but I don't know enough about the Casio AFX to make the converter to and from that.  I've already pretty much got everything done except for the hard part: the parsing and outputting of the tokens.

And, although this should probably go in the MLC TI-83+ thread and I'll try to avoid doing this, Madskillz told me that he has been making some progress on MLC TI-83+, but I don't know the details.

Last but not least, remember that there is an MLC website, http://mlc.phpnet.us .

EDIT:  The website appears to be down now.  I might switch hosts due to the high down time.

The website is up again.  :)smile.gif

But either something got messed up, or maybe it's just Internet Explorer, which is all the laptop I'm using right now has, but the style is completely messed up.   o.oblink.gif

EDIT:  I realized that I put

instead of

in one spot.  I'll get around to fixing that.
