Hey Community,
I want to sell my TI Nspire CAS with Touchpad mint in box.
Price: Make an offer ;)
Shipping: I would prefer Germany (Europe might be possible too)
If you are interested or have a question send me a pn.
Wayne
P.S. I don't want to sell on eBay or Amazon because they don't know the value of such a great product <_<
-
If you do bidding on ebay the price will probably settle itself ;)
-
Well I saw there a calc for 30€ changing the hands. The CX goes very well for over 100€ .
P.S. Is it allowed in the forum to do what I want to do like selling things there?
Edit: eBay costs alot of taxes

Which is actually not very good, trust me. It doesn't cost much to TI to make it either./me hides

Might be a good idea to provide references or something. A forum's specific iTrader rating, Heatware or an ebay rating would probably work.
-
Well, I know that some forums have a trading section. We might as well get one if people are interested in it. :)

Like Apple do it with their iPhone :P It think 80% of the price is for the software.
But this model is eol so it's going to be an collectible :D
Here is my eBay (http://www.ebay.com/usr/mw.ayne) account.
Almost 100 Views and nobody wants this :o

Not even that. The iOS sucks so much just like the TI Nspire OS. The cost is respectively because of brand name and market monopoly abuse. :P
-
Well I think that TI Nspire OS is buggy but what do want more, it's a calc :P
I meant 80% of the TI Nspire price is/was for software engineering.
How much would you pay for a TI Nspire CAS with Touchpad? (Can send me the answer as a pn :))

It would largely depend on how new it still looks, what accesories you include, and the serial, OS and boot code version numbers (since only a few versions can be hacked)
-
Maybe around €50. It is being depreciated for the CX now (I have one actually), and the consumer society makes potential collectibles as such much later than EOL. :/
-
The handheld is mint in box with all the accessories including! Hence I can't look up things like OS or boot version etc.
Maybe somebody wants to buy this for the software that is included?
How much did you pay for the CX?
-
I paid €110 for my CX, brand new and boxed. It was a pretty good deal.
-
Is there anybody who wants to sell his CX?
-
i might... it very good condition but i live an the usa so...
-
For now I'm probably keeping my two Nspires (one is clickpad and the other CX) since I still occasionally use them for games. My CX seems to have battery issues anyway because even if I don't use it for one week, it loses most of it battery charge.
-
I can understand that but you also live in Canada. I am searching around Europe ;)
-
True, although if I was selling them it would probably be between $1 and $30 each, excluding shipping, anyway, because of what TI did with OS 3.6 and the newer hardware. I assume that shipping would probably offset such price, though >.< (although most of the time I got charged cheaper shipping when buying European stuff than American one)
It might be better to start a new topic, though, since this one is called selling rather than buying. People might think you want to sell your calc when it's not the case.
