Hello friends,
I'm new here, I bought a Nspire CX today, and I realized I made a mistake,
I'm a engineer student and I really need the TI to make algebra associations, just like x+x=2x
Is there something I can do?
I can't go back to the store because I don't live in USA!
Thanks

No, you can't. Sorry.

Damn,
Thanks bro!

You may trying contacting the seller and see if you can ship it back to them for a refund. You will likely have to pay all the shipping charges unfortunately. Welcome to Omnimaga by the way! =)

Thanks,
I Already found a lot of nice things here!
I also found how to make a nspire become a nspire CAS
I hope is just a question of time to this arrive to the cx models!
-
Yeah I hope eventually it's possible on the CX too. We gotta be careful to not disclose the info on how to do it on other models on the forums, though, since we could get in legal troubles.
Also welcome to the forums. :)

Considering both calcs have the same hardware it should be possible to do so just like you can turn a cg10 into a cg20 once we write the needed custom flash routines. Sounds like this will have to wait till the release of ndless 3

Sounds really exciting man!!!
Thanks

Some changes will have to be made, because the CX is a bit different on software side (and that matters too :D).

Yeah. It seems like TI has added protections on the CX for pretty much everything that we've created for the old Nspires, so it wouldn't surprise me if changing the running OS is harder even if we are able to run native code.
