Hello,
So, I have always wondered. Many programs are compatible across all of those, and the readmes often have that kind of description.
Personally, I write the following to reference each:
All of them:
TI-83/84+ (SE)
Only 84+s and 84+ SEs:
TI-84+ (SE)
Only Silver Editions:
TI-83/84+ SE
Only normal ones:
TI-83/84+
Everything but the 83+:
TI-83+ SE/TI-84+ (SE)
What is the "correct" way?

It is really hard to tell a correct way to reference the calc models. Normally people will know that TI-83+, TI-83 Plus, 83+, 83 Plus, TI83+, TI83 Plus, TI83PLUS and so on are for TI-83 Plus model, but there are always newbies who will not even realise 83+ is a TI-83 Plus. Personally I do the following
All flash-based 83 calcs (meaning, TI-83 from 1996 and 82 Stats excluded)
TI-83+/84/SE or TI-83+/84+/SE
All 15 MHz calcs
TI-83+SE/84/SE or TI-83+SE/84+/SE
TI-84+ only
TI-84/SE or TI-84+/SE
SE only
TI-83+SE/84+SE
Sometimes, I may use stuff like TI-83 Plus/Silver Edition/84 Plus/Silver Edition, but it gets way too long.
