yeah, when you add a file to omni archives, it automatically creates a new thread...it's a little weird

Yeah the downloads section is setup like that. The only thing that annoys me though is that when someone updates one of his file, not only the file dissapears from the archives until I re-approve it, but a new thread is created again.

Those threads are mostly to prevent people from just uploading their stuff in the downloads section and not even announce it. If they did that, they would not get any attention, especially if many files are approved at once one day. That saves them work. :P

Square rotation is perfected ;)- before they started turning about 1 frame too  early

unfortunately it is not possible. Either it's enabled for everyone or it is disabled. I might disable it if it gets too hectic, though.

Btw when uploading files update you should maybe edit your previous file so you won't lose your entire download count. Open the file info page and click edit. You can replace your old file there.
